As a licensed Producer and Exporter certified by the National Coffee Association (Anacafé), we establish a direct producer-customer/buyer relationship, overseeing the entire coffee process from seed cultivation to transportation, ensuring quality all the way to your cup. This approach guarantees control and transparency for our customers. This Direct Trade approach not only ensures transparency and traceability but also lays the foundation for more valuable collaborations.
Harvest Preparation & Certification
We carefully sort and pack our harvested coffee beans to ensure they're in prime condition for export, working directly with the certifying bodies to ensure our coffee as organic. If there's a gap between inspection and certification renewal, we provide documentation confirming completion.
Exporter Registration & Payment
We generate an Exporter Registration Sheet from VUPE and obtain an Exporter Code, which is essential for export operations.
Payment for export-related expenses is managed through ANACAFE, the Guatemalan National Coffee Association and streamline our process their online system, submitting an access form for efficiency.
Customs Control, Port Assistance & Embarkation Permits
Our customs agents prepare the necessary customs control documents, ensuring all paperwork, including invoices, is in order. ANACAFE's port representative assists with port-related paperwork, ensuring a smooth transition from port to destination. Furthermore, we generate embarkation permits, meeting various requirements, including sales reports, completion documentation, and export contributions.
Tax Registry & Documentation
We update our tax registry to facilitate export invoice issuance in addition to ensuring all required export documentation, such as Circulation Certificates and Certificates of Origin, is in order.
Sanitary Compliance & Phytosanitary Certificates
We obtain the necessary sanitary registry to meet health and safety standards, and use the Ephyto platform to authorize and issue phytosanitary certificates, adhering to international standards.
Container Planning, Quality Checks & ACT Authorisation
We calculate the required number of containers efficiently, We request approvals and certifications, including those needed for specific destinations and for Latin American destinations, we authorise Transaction Certificates.
